Scott Miller of Miller Lumber is the owner's son, they use a new 2009 Western Star tri-axle with a pup. The family had history of owning Prentice loaders usually purchased from Hubler Bros, but when Hubler became a Rotobec Dealer and started getting the long frame loaders coupled with the fact that they had always owned Rotobec grapples, they felt it was time to make the switch.

The smoothness of the loader, which has the new RT252 rotation with 4542 grapple, was Scott's first comment and the fact that using more than one function at a time made it much smoother. He also liked the fact that the joysticks folded down and out of the way, they had had problems with branches striking the handles in the past, made operations much safer and smoother. The new RT252 has improved hose routing along with the hose reel to keep the hoses in line with the stick and not falling to the sides when the stick retracts, will save many a hooked and broken hose over the years.
