Registering your product prior to a warranty claim is crucial to ensure fast and accurate processing. Product registration helps us:
- Verify ownership and purchase date
- Confirm warranty eligibility
- Access your product’s service and repair history
- Provide faster support and reduce delays in claim processing
Unregistered products may lead to processing delays or limited warranty coverage.
To avoid issues, we strongly recommend registering your product as soon as possible.
Our warranty typically covers defects in materials or workmanship related to hydraulic cylinder issues that occur under normal operating conditions within the defined warranty period. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by accidents are not covered under warranty.
Both authorized dealers and end users are eligible to submit a warranty claim. However, we recommend that end users coordinate with their dealer when possible to ensure accurate information and expedite the process.
To submit a complete and valid warranty claim, you will typically need the following:

The serial number is required to process a warranty claim. It ensures we can verify the product’s warranty status and trace back production details. If you’re unable to locate the serial number, please visit our How to find your serial number page or contact your dealer.
Once your warranty claim form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and a message indicating successful receipt. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team to confirm submission.
