Your mission will be to build strong relationships with existing and future partners and customers for Rotobec's various products in Germany, Holland and Austria.

Ce que tu auras à faire principalement
Your main task:
- Represent Rotobec to current and potential customers by maintaining and developing relationships with them;
- Maximize sales in defined territory;
- Evaluate existing dealer network and modify as needed;
- Support our dealers and customers in their sales activities by recommending the right product for their needs and helping our resellers close sales;
- Assess the sales potential of our various markets and draw up sales forecasts;
- Analyze the market and propose strategies to increase sales and meet company expectations;
- Enter all relevant information concerning our customers, the market or important events into the company's CRM;
- Travel 25 to 30 weeks per year to represent Rotobec to customers in the salesperson's territory of responsibility;
- Any other tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.
Ce que nous recherchons chez toi
What we're looking for in you:
- 5 years experience in business-to-business sales;
- Experience in heavy equipment;
- Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate in written and spoken German and English in order to collaborate with customers;
- Good decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, resourcefulness and ability to manage priorities;
- Good computer skills (Salesforce, Excel, PMP…)
Travailler chez Rotobec, c’est plus qu’une job. C’est aussi 40 heures sur 4 jours, pour te permettre de tripper en masse pendant les 3 autres.
